The Cook Center in Maxwell Hall is a place where everyone can explore the arts and humanities in their infinite varieties. Reservable spaces within the building include the Grand Hall performance/lecture space and a dedicated Conference Wing that includes several large conference rooms and smaller breakout rooms.
The Grand Hall and entire Conference Wing can be reserved as a package for large events such as multi-day symposia or conferences. Please contact the Cook Center Events Manager (cooksche@iu.edu) to inquire about multi-room and/or multi-day reservations.
Please review our Reservation Policies before submitting a reservation form to make sure that your event aligns with the Cook Center's work. Policies can be found here.
Please note reservation requests must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the desired reservation date. Any reservation requests that are made with less than 3 weeks notice may not be accommodated.
