Celebrating Black voices

Black Lit is an immersive poetry exhibition featuring seven student, faculty, and community authors. The Black Lit exhibition aims to celebrate the diversity of Black poetic creativity on and off Indiana University's Campus.

Black Lit is hosted in collaboration with the Neal-Marshall Black Culture Center, the Neal-Marshall Black Culture Center Library, and the Monroe County Public Library's Power of Words Program.

Black Lit is supported in part by Indiana Humanities and the National Endowment for the Humanities.
