Cook Center Room Reservation Form
Hello! We’re glad to see you’re interested in reserving a space at the Cook Center and will do our best to honor your request. We're reviewing reservation requests as follows:
-Fall '21 semester - reviewed and confirmed beginning May '21
-Spring '22 semester - reviewed and confirmed beginning September '21
-Summer '22 session - reviewed and confirmed beginning January '22
Other important notes:
-Normal building hours are 9am-5pm
-Recurring events are accepted on a limited basis and not on weekends or after-hours
-Same-day reservation requests may not get a response
-The deposit will be charged following reservation confirmation and the remaining amount will be charged following the event
